Download this form to print, fill out, and send into the office with membership dues of $10 per member. We accept cash or check made to "Will Rogers PTA". Pay by credit card online or in person at the student store on Friday morning at the front entrance of school.

Download and fill out this form in its entirety before printing, signing, and submitting with original receipts to the PTA treasurer. All purchases must be budgeted and approved in advance by the association.

PTA elections take place in March. A nominating committee is formed in November (or early January) and accepts names to consider for nomination to the slate presented at least 28 days before the election. 

Each spring, PTA recognizes individuals whose volunteerism in service of students and community is above and beyond the norm. Nominations open in the spring, and awardees are recognized in May.
